The Alarm was getting activated by power cuts and would not reset. It was activating every few minutes, the previous owner had not provided a code.

The company that installed the alarm could not attend and NS Security were contacted and provided an engineer within 3 hours, He resolved the problem quickly ,supplied a new battery and ensured we knew how to operate the alarm. He also clearly explained their maintenance options and costs.

Issue with my alarm system.

I contacted N S Security Systems regarding an issue with my alarm system, they attended promptly and the rate was reasonable. My problem was resolved.

A month later, a further problem occurred and although it was 8.30pm on a Saturday night, they attended within 30 minutes. Everything was sorted out with a cheerful attitude and superb professionalism

Installation of CCTV system along with maintenance of existing home alarm.

From initial contact with the company they were professional and helpful, Arranged a site visit to review CCTV requirements and provided a no obligation quote immediately. The installation work was carried out quickly and efficiently by the engineer who was courteous at all times with the required work performed on time and within the quoted price with no surprises.
